Semiautomatic One-side Sewing Line For Cement Bag Machine+Heat Sealer

The bag feeder will suck the tube by vacuum system to feed the bag without manual operation. With a detector, sensing will give an alarm in case two tubes sick together.
Special design components ensure the accuracy of each valve to minimize the defective rate. With a detector, sensing will sort out the defective tubes for better quality control.
Installed two sewing heads on the right and left sides to sew both ends simultaneously. While running out the thread and paper tape the detector will give an alarm to notify the operators to supply new material.
The counting conveyor gives the convenience of stacking the bag neatly and setting the quantity for each stack as per request for bundle packing and transportation.

One-side Sewing Machine suited to making bottom-sewn open-mouth bags for flour, sugar, fertilizer, chemicals, and others. The bag size can be easily changed by operating a handwheel.
